How To Remove Bitdefender From Registry

Perform the following guidelines to remove BitDefender from the registry. 

  • First, make sure to close the BitDefender antivirus program that is running in the background. 
  • Open the list of the currently installed programs.
  • For Windows 7 users, click the Start menu Control panel Uninstall a program.
  • For Windows 8 users, right-click the Start menu and select Programs and Features.
  • For Windows 10 users, right-click the Start button Program and Features.
  • Next, click the BitDefender program and then uninstall the program to activate the built-in installer.

  • For Windows 7 users, click the Start menu and then type regedit in the Search box.
  • Now, in the Navigator registry editor, click the Edit option and then select Find BitDefender. Now, delete the file and folders that have been found.
