  • Next, launch the Run window and type gpedit.msc to open the Local group {Plicy Editor on your system.} 
  • Access the following options available in the left pane. Select Computer ConfigurationAdministrative Templates system Device Guard
  • Now, choose the Turn On Virtualization Based Security policy to modify it. Highlight the radio button available near the Disabled option. 
  • Exit from the Local Group Policy Editor and restart the system to apply the changes. 

Bitdefender Threat Error 

  • To rectify this error, follow the forthcoming procedure. 
  • Clean the temp folder available on your system. 
  • To do so, launch the Run dialog box and key in temp. 
  • Tap the Enter key to open the temp folder. 
  • Now, choose all the Clean my PC entries listed there and press the Delete button. 
  • If you see any file running, then force close it to complete the deletion process. 
  • Go to the Run dialog box again, specify %temp%, and press the Enter button. 
  • Remove all the entries available in that folder and reboot your computer. 
  • Once the computer turns on, run the Bitdefender software and check if the error has been rectified. 
  • If these solutions do not work, then uninstall the Bitdefender Threat Scanner software from your system and install it after some time to sort out this issue.
