How to Fix Bitdefender Won't Scan
First, make sure that the Bitdefender Local Manager on the client machine has begun its process.
If the process has not started, then restart it once again.
Again, check whether the Bitdefender Scan Server on the client machine has begun or not, if not, make sure to restart it.
In case the scanner doesn’t scan, then ensure that Bitdefender Local Manager Service and Bitdefender Server Service from the Enterprise Manager server.
Next, proceed to the Clients and make sure that the bdlite.exe process is ended through the Windows Task Manager.
Now the scan can be re-run with the Enterprise Management console.
Bitdefender On Access Scanning is Disabled
First, tap Fix, and the real-time protection will begin the Real-Time Protection of Bitdefender.
If the issue has not been resolved, make sure that the other security applications are uninstalled.
Now, make sure to repair the Bitdefender application that you have downloaded.
For that, long-press the Windows and R keys together.
The command box will appear.
Next, enter appwiz.cpl in the command box and then tap Enter.
Now, from the available list, select Bitdefender.
Click the Uninstall option. Then a Wizard will be displayed.
In the Wizard, select Repair.
The process will take some time to complete.
Now, restart the computer for the changes to apply.
Bitdefender Scan Stuck
To solve this issue, you can try to scan using the bootable CD with the help of Bitdefender rescue iso.
To do so, place the CD into the CD drive in the first step.
Launch the InfraRecorder on your system and select the Write Image option.
Once the browser window opens, navigate to the location where the ISO file is available.
Choose the file and tap the Open option. When the Settings window appears, you have to tap OK.
Once the procedure is complete, the CD will be ejected automatically from the computer.
Place the CD in the drive of the infected system and boot it.

Bitdefender Scan Slow
Check if you have installed any security or
program apart from Bitdefender on your system. If yes, uninstall it and check if you are able to scan at a good speed.
If you have chosen a large folder or drive to scan, then the scan process might slow down and the time will increase.
Examine if the minimum security requirements are satisfied. If not, then this issue will occur.
If there are so many threats or viruses in your system, then the scan process might take time in identifying the harmful virus or threats.
