Comodo Antivirus Backup Service

The Comodo Backup is a free software created by Comodo. The Backup service will help you to configure your important files from desktop email accounts and browsers. The guidelines given below will explains how to use the Backup service in the Comodo application.

  • You can download the Comodo Backup V4 4.1 23 application from its official site.
  • Go to its official site from your system web browser.
  • Before you download the software, make sure that your system completes the application requirement.
  • The supported operating system by the Comodo V4 4.1 23 application is given below.
  • Windows 7 (32 bit & 64-bit).
  • Windows Vista (Home/Business/Ultimate) (32 bit & 64 bit).
  • Windows XP SP2s (Home/Professional) (32 bit & 64 bit).
  • Windows 200& 2008 Server (32 bit & 64 bit).
  • Sign in to the Comodo web site.
  • Click the Download Backup button.
  • Once the download is done successfully, install the application on your system, and utilize it as per your need.

The guidelines given below will help you to backup your files using the Comodo Backup application.

  • Make sure that the Comodo Security Backup application is installed on your computer.
  • Launch the Backup service application on your system by double-clicking its icon.
  • You can find the Login option in the top panel of the screen, click it.
  • Sign in to your Comodo account using the credentials.
  • Once you have signed in to your Comodo account successfully, choose the file type you wish to backup by clicking the checkbox near the options.  
  • After selecting the file type, locate and click the Online Backup button at the bottom of the screen.  
  • Wait for a few minutes for the Online Comodo Antivirus Backup process to complete.  

Comodo Antivirus Backup Schedule

To enable the Backup Schedule option in the Comodo application, follow the Clean my PC guidelines given below.

  • Open the Comodo Backup application on your computer.
  • Navigate to the System option followed by Backup.
  • Click the Scheduled Backups tab.
  • Now the schedule interface will appear on the screen.
  • Set the Schedule interface as per your need and click the Save button.

Comodo Security Backup Boot Disk

  • Locate and open the Comodo Client Security application on your system.
  • You can find the ADVANCED TASKS option at the top panel of the screen, click it.
  • Now the various options related to the Advanced Tasks will be displayed on the screen.
  • Choose the Create Rescue Disk option.
  • Perform the on-screen instructions to finish the rescue disk creation process.

Comodo Antivirus Backup Linux

The Comodo Backup service does not support in Linux operating system.
