If you encounter an error code 1920 when using Eset Endpoint antivirus, follow these steps to fix it.
This Eset error mostly occurs when the Eset product is being updated.
To resolve it, temporarily disable your computer’s default antivirus application. In most cases, the Windows Defender causes this issue. So, disable it.
On Windows 8 PCs
Open the Start menu on your Windows 8 computer.
Enter the words ‘Windows Defender’ in the text field and click the Windows Defender link.
Click the Windows Defender application’s Settings button and then click the Administrator button.
Deselect the ‘Turn on this app’ checkbox and click the ‘Save changes’ option. Select Close.
On Windows 10 PCs
Open the Windows Defender application on Windows 10.
Click the Windows icon and then select Settings.
Click the ‘Update & Security’ option.
Click the ‘Limited Periodic Scanning switch to turn it off. Close the window.
