Firewall Kaspersky Antivirus

How To Turn Off Kaspersky Firewall   

To turn off the Kaspersky firewall, perform the following steps.

  • First, power on the computer. 
  • Now, launch Kaspersky Internet Security.
  • On the Kaspersky Internet Security main window, click Settings.
  • Next, click Protection Settings. You can see the switch to turn on or off the Firewall option will be present.
  • Now, toggle the slider to turn off the Kaspersky Firewall.   

Kaspersky Firewall Not Working 

To resolve this issue, perform the firewall not working.

  • First, try to turn off the Kaspersky Firewall.
  • To manually turn off the Firewall, power on the computer and launch Kaspersky Internet Security by clicking its icon twice in the notification area.
  • Next, disable the Firewall in Kaspersky Internet security.
  • In the Settings menu, go to Protection Settings and toggle the switch on.
  • Move the slider to the off position.

Kaspersky Firewall Exceptions

Perform the following guidelines for the Kaspersky firewall exception.

  • First, in the Kaspersky Internet Security window, go to Settings.
  • Select Additional and then click Threats and Exclusions.
  • Now, choose the Manage exclusions or Specify trusted application.
  • Choose the file or application to exclude from the scan in the Kaspersky Internet security.

Kaspersky Firewall Block Application 

To block an application, proceed with the following steps.

  • First, go to the main application window by open the Kaspersky.
  • Click Settings on the upper-right corner.
  • Choose the Firewall from the Protection tab in the Settings window.
  • Next, click the Settings button.
  • Now, choose the required application from the Application rules menu in the Firewall window.
  • Click the Edit button. Navigate to the Network Rules tab in the Application rules window and then click the Add button.
  • Choose block in the Action section in the Network rule window.
  • Choose Web-Browsing in the Name section.
  • Next, tick the Log events box and then tap the OK button.
  • Now, the chosen rule with the icon Block will be displayed under the Network rules tab.
  • In the Firewall window, click the OK button.
  • Next, click OK in the Settings window.
