  • Click and Open the main program window of your Windows ESET product.
  • The name of your ESET product will be displayed at the top of the window.
  • Press the Windows + R keys together to open Run.
  • Type ’Control Panel’ in the Open field and click OK.
  • The Control panel window opens. See whether the Category option is selected in View by at the top right corner.
  • If it is not selected, then click the drop-down arrow and select Category.
