Pc Matic Won't Uninstall

The list of PC Matic programs that need to be uninstalled when you uninstall PC Matic include PC Matic, PC Matic Super Shield, and PC Pitstop Info Center.Follow these guidelines to remove PC Matic from a Windows 10 computer.

Make sure that you log into the Windows 10 computer as an administrator.

Click the 'Search the web and Windows' field. Enter the words' Control Panel' without quotes. Click Control Panel.

The 'Adjust your computer's settings' screen opens. Click the 'Uninstall a program' link.

Select PC Matic, right-click it, and choose Uninstall click Yes.

Repeat the last step for PC Matic Super Shield and PC Pitstop Info Center.

Restart the computer.

How To Disable Pc Matic

PC Matic can be uninstalled from the computer. However, it is not possible to disable it.Follow these steps to uninstall PC Matic from your computer.

Open Programs and Features Uninstall a Program.
The Add/Remove Programs window opens.
Right-click PC Matic and choose the Uninstall option from the list.
After it is uninstalled, uninstall PC Matic Super Shield and PC Pitstop Info Center in the same way.
Restart the computer.

Temporarily Disable Pc Matic

Follow these guidelines to temporarily disable PC Matic Ad Blocker on your computer.

Make sure that the latest version of PC Matic has been installed on your computer and launch the application.
Go to the page on which you are facing issues with SuperShield and click the green SuperShield button.
Locate the blue power button and click it. This disables PC Matic Ad Blocker for that website. You can re-enable it when required.

Pc Matic Super Shield Not Working

Here are the guidelines to fix PC Matic Super Shield when it is not working.

Launch PC Matic by double-clicking its icon on the desktop.
Click the Super Shield icon on the PC Matic dashboard and click 'Protected.'
Click Uninstall Yes. Close PC Matic and reopen it.
On the PC Matic dashboard, locate the Super Shield button and click it.
Click 'Not Protected' Install. Wait until PC Matic downloads the latest definitions. Check whether the SuperShield issue is resolved.
If the Supershield issue persists, return to the desktop. Press the Win key & R at the same time to open 'Run.'
Type' services.msc' without quotes and click OK. On the Services window, scroll down and locate PC Pitstop. Check whether its startup type is Automatic.

Locate Remote Procedure Call Locator and check whether its startup type is Automatic.
Check whether the 'Server' service's startup type is automatic. If any of these services' startup type is not automatic, right-click the service click Properties choose Automatic from the Startup type drop-down list click Apply click OK.
Find TCP/IP NetBios Helper and ensure that its startup type is automatic.
Set the 'Workstation' service's startup type as 'automatic.' Close the Services application window and restart the computer.
Once the computer restarts, open PC Matic, click Super Shield Unprotected Install. Check whether the SuperShield issue is resolved.

Pc Matic Won't Load

If PC Matic does not load on your computer, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Download the Active X Control removal tool from the manufacturer's official site and run it on your computer.
Launch PC Matic. It automatically downloads Active X control. Install it on your computer.
If this does not resolve the PC Matic issue, uninstall it and reinstall it on your computer.
